Customer service will aid in answering incoming calls on issues including billing, service, and propane deliveries, and also handle collection calls, setting up new accounts, processing work orders mailers, with the addition of handling accounts receivable, and other general office duties.
Job requirements:
Our service technicians install, maintain and repair propane systems in both residential and commercial settings. We uphold the highest standards for safety and offer professional and courteous customer service. Responsibilities include installing gas lines, setting up and connecting propane tanks, and performing propane system safety checks.
